Coaches: Cobe Mikacich

Cobe Mikacich is originally from Sacramento, CA. He is a pioneer in the sport of wakeboarding, inventing several tricks during his years on the pro tour. In 2000, he won the International Waterski & Wakeboard Federation (IWWF) World Championships in Paris, France.

Throughout his career, he ran a successful road tour of clinics across the country, and has been a loyal athlete with O’Brien Watersports, now operating as the team manager. In 2013, not only did he and Tarah start Freedom Wake Park, but he also won the Legends Award. A few years later that was followed up with his induction into the Wakeboarding Hall of Fame. Cobe has been coaching for decades and he mentors many young riders and upcoming coaches.
